Brian currently is spending some time back in the US after 14 years teaching internationally. He is not currently teaching in the MYP as there are no MYP schools in his hometown, but he still leads workshops and field reps for the MYP when he can, and looks forward to one day returning to an international school. Prior to returning to his hometown of South Bend, IN, he was at the United World College Thailand (formerly Phuket International Academy) where he was an MYP and DP Science teacher as well as the MYP Coordinator leading them through their authorization process. He has experience teaching MYP Science, Math, and Humanities, as well as DP Biology. He enjoys leading workshops and collaborating through blogging and tweeting educational excellence.
He is an avid user of technology for his own classroom management, and has created this site as a resource for other educators. He is always looking for more good ideas to streamline student learning, and would love your suggestions. [He also wishes he had more time to post ideas, but toddlers and an old house take up all his spare time!]
Brian has his M.A. in International Education from the University of Bath, UK.
